Brief Update On PayPal’s Withdrawal Facilities For Malaysians
Some of you have mentioned that you have not been able to add your Malaysian bank account information to your PayPal account. I gave a call to PayPal’s customer service people in Singapore and followed up with an e-mail enquiring about this.
I have been informed that PayPal had yet to complete their systems update that will make this facility available but that it will happen soon (although no ETA was given).
So that’s the official word folks.
As an aside, it is interesting to note that PayPal’s customer service officers that answered the Singapore phone number all spoke with a distinctive mainland Chinese accent. Their e-mails indicate a similar syntax in the grammar too. Is the PRC the next up and coming territory for outsourcing customer service hotlines?
