Failed PayPal Withdrawal
This is a first for me. I have generally been able to withdraw funds from my PayPal account to my Public Bank Visa debit card account without a glitch. This time, it has apparently failed. After 8 days of showing the withdrawal status as Pending, my PayPal account recorded a new transaction which re-deposited the amount I originally withdrew (sans the US$5.00 withdrawal fee). Incidentally, the withdrawal is still shown as Pending.
Has anybody experienced this before? I thought I’d hear from some users before contacting both Public Bank and PayPal for some clarfication.
